  • Harassment or hate speech
  • Impersonating others or misleading users

Prohibited Content

QR codes must not link to or contain:

  • Malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Explicit adult content or pornography
  • Content promoting violence or terrorism
  • Scams or fraudulent content
  • Content that violates third-party rights

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate account information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the service

4. Payment Terms

Subscription payments are processed through LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan
  • Maintain valid payment information
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Price changes with 30 days notice

5. Content Rights

You retain rights to your content, but grant us license to:

  • Store and display your QR codes
  • Use anonymous usage data for service improvement
  • Monitor content for terms compliance

6. Service Protection

We actively monitor for abuse and may:

  • Scan QR code destinations for malware
  • Rate-limit excessive API usage
  • Block suspicious IP addresses
  • Disable QR codes violating these terms
  • Report illegal activities to authorities

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party content linked through QR codes
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • User misuse of the service

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
