  • For non-saved/static QR codes:

    • Sensitive information (like WiFi passwords) is only used to generate the QR code
    • No analytics or scan data is collected
  • We never store personal information about end users who scan your QR codes
What scan data do you collect?

For saved/editable QR codes, we collect basic scan data to provide insights:

What happens to my QR codes if I cancel or downgrade?

We handle your QR codes fairly when you change plans:

  • All your QR codes will continue to work and remain functional
  • You can edit and view analytics for QR codes within your current plan's limit (newest codes first)
  • Older QR codes beyond your plan's limit will remain functional but won't be editable
  • To regain edit access to more QR codes, simply upgrade your plan

For example, if you downgrade to a plan with a 5 QR code limit, you'll maintain edit access to your 5 most recent QR codes, while older codes continue working but become read-only.

What happens to file QR codes if I downgrade?

File QR codes have special handling due to storage and bandwidth costs:

  • Files within your current plan's limit remain fully functional with all features
  • Files beyond your plan's limit will:
    • Continue working for 30 days after downgrading
    • Become inactive after the grace period
  • You'll receive email notifications 7 days before any files become inactive
  • Upgrade anytime to restore access to all your files

💡 Pro tip: Keep your most important files within your plan's limit to ensure continuous access.
